you compared the factor that they added custom slots to the game so why couldnt they do this.
I explained how custom slots worked.

Thats why its different then CUSTOM slots. Besides the emblem editor is not actually part of the game . It is a seperate program that DESIGNS emblems. If they only put 32 layers in it they cant change it to 64. they would have to redesign then emblem editor from scratch.
I noticed I used the wrong word there and changed it.
